Overview
YAYA Uptime ("we," "our," or "us") provides monitoring services for ecommerce storefronts. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data when you use our service.
Headless Browser Monitoring
Our service monitors public storefronts using headless browser technology. We load your store's public pages (homepage, product pages, cart, checkout) in the same way a customer would. We do not access or monitor any authenticated or private areas such as admin panels, customer accounts, or internal APIs.
What We Capture
Screenshots capture publicly visible content: UI layout, product imagery, prices, banners, stock levels, and checkout forms. This is information already available to any visitor. We do not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (PII) of your customers. No real payment info is submitted; our bot stops at the thank-you page. We do not capture form inputs, payment details, or customer account data.
Data Storage and Security
Monitoring data, including screenshots and diff results, is stored in Supabase and Cloudflare R2. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel.
Data Sharing and Selling
We do not sell, rent, or share your monitoring data with third parties for advertising or marketing. Data is used solely to provide and improve our monitoring service.
Account Data
When you create an account, we store your email address and authentication credentials. We use session cookies only for authentication. This data is used for account management, billing, and support. See our Terms of Service for account responsibilities.
